The production in Primorie is inefficient.

Last year due to the loss making of the production explained by the absence of the demand for the products and the old inefficient capacities, UC Rusal had to temporarily freeze the Yaroslavsky mining company. UC Rusal took all the necessary measures to minimize the negative consequences of the production shutdown for its personnel.

The employees released were offered over 800 vacancies or compensation in the amount of which depended on their experience and makes up 5-7 times their salaries, over the approved by the legislation level.
