Gas supply to Turkey by Baku-Tbilisi-Erzurum have been recovered

​The consortium Shakh-Deniz has renewed gas supply to Turkey after the elimination of the consequences of the explosion at the Turkish site of the Baku-Tbilisi-Erzurum gas pipeline that took place on August 25th 2015.

The platform is working in full capacity. The extracted gas is shipped to Azerbaijan, Georgia, Turkey. There are no problems with extraction or gas export, BP-Azerbaijan said.

On August 4th 2015 at the same site of the Baku-Tbilisi-Erzurum pipeline an explosion took place.
