Oil prices to be unstable for another 3-4 years, Kudrin

Former Minister of Finance of Russia A.Kudrin is confident that the period of high volatility of oil prices will be prolonged for another 3-4 years.

According to him, it is difficult to forecast the situation on the oil market to date. Old trend line stopped, but new tendency has not been formed yet, Kudrin states.
