Russia may block subsoil use licenses in the Black and Azov Seas

The Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has signed a decree, according to which Russia can block rights of companies to use subsoil of the Azov and Black Seas, issued by the Ukraine before the occupation of the Crimea.

According to the document, published on the official website of the Russian Government, this decision is aimed at "ensuring national defense and security in the Black and Azov Seas".
