Mikhail Gutseriev has completed the process of consolidation of “RussNeft”

The structures, close to M.Gutseriev, have acquired 38.46% in OJSC “Belkamneft”, belonging to OJSC “Bashneft” before. So, M.Gutseriev has completed the process of consolidation of his oil-and-gas assets and focused on a control over OJSC “RussNeft” by 100%. The amount of the deal is based on an independent market assessment and made up $200 million.
