Rosneft obtains the repair base of the naval service

There has appeared the details of the conversion of the 82nd dockyard of the United Shipbuilding Corporation (USC) to the offshore equipment supply and maintenance base of Rosneft. Sources say, the facilities of the enterprise dealing with repair of war vessels and nuclear-powered submarines (NPS) can be moved to the 35th dockyard. This will cost Rosneft 13 billion RUR. Then the plant will complete the shelf platforms produced in the Far East. However, the conversion is not fully coordinated with the Ministry of Defense which is not going to lose the strategic dockyard, Kommersant reports.
