Vedomosti writes there, perhaps, appeared a new shareholder in an oil company “Surgutneftegas”.
According to the newspaper, a network of companies, which perhaps owned the shares of Surgutneftegas, went beyond Russia. There is a circle of Cyprian companies. Quite possibly it is due to an appearance of a new minority.
