Oil prices will not change until the end of the year. The head of LUKOIL V.Alekperov said.
Oil price made up $46.66 per a barrel in September 2015 against $45.63 per a barrel in August. Russian oil price decreased twice to $54.41 per a barrel in January-September 2015 year-on-year.
