Gazprom: Ukraine’s advance payment is enough for only 5 days

The advance payment made by Naftogas to Gazprom is enough for 5 days of gas supply, the head of Gazprom, A. Miller said.
He said that from the beginning of November gas consumption by the Ukraine fell by 3 times. Gazprom said that Kiev transferred $518 bln as advance payment which was supposed to be enough for the entire volume of gas purchase.
Naftogas said that the company paid in full for the supply of 2 bln cubic m of gas. Naftogas assures that the country would go on gas purchase from Russia over the announced 2 bln cubic m, A. Kobolev, head of Naftogas, said.
