Russia receives $3.6 billion less from the Sakhalin-1 project because of non-sale of gas

The short received income of the state from the Sakhalin-1 project made up $3.6 billion because of absence of decision on sale of gas from the Chaivo field, the Russian Accounts Chamber reports by results of inspection of projects on basis of production sharing agreements.
