Bashneft may cancel its treasury shares

The Board of Directors of Bashneft has decided to convene an EGM on March 18th. At the meeting the redemption of treasury ordinary shares in the amount of 2.7 million shares (1.51% of the company’s share capital) will be discussed. After the repayment of the securities, the state's share in the company will increase to 75.1%.
