Belarus sharply reduced duties for oil and fuel following Russia

From February 1st Belarus reduced the export duties for oil and oil products shipped beyond the territory of the Eurasia Economic Union. The respective decision is signed by the regulation of the Council of Ministers as of Jan 29th 2015.
The export duty rate for crude oil is reduced from $170.2 to $112.9 per ton, the duty for directly distilled gasoline – from $132.7 per ton to $95.9, for saleable gasoline – from $132.7 to $88 per ton. The duty for light, medium distillates is $54.1 per ton (was $81.6). The same duty is set for diesel fuel, benzol, toluol, xylols, greasing and other oils.
The duty for LPG will be zeroed (was $48 per ton).
