On February 3, Gazprom to consider candidates for new Board

At the meeting on Tuesday, February 3rd, the Gazprom’s Board of Directors will consider proposals for the nomination of candidates for the new Board, which will be elected at the annual shareholders' meeting, the gas giant reports.

In addition, the Board will determine the date of the annual meeting and will consider its agenda.

Now the Gazprom’s Board of Directors includes its chairman, special representative of the President of the Russian Federation on cooperation with the Forum of Gas Exporting Countries, Viktor Zubkov, the head of Gazprom Alexei Miller and his deputies Vitaly Markelov and Mikhail Sereda, the first deputy chairman of VEB, Andrei Sapelin and head of Gazprombank, Andrei Akimov.
