Gazpromneft announces plans to extract 60 million tons of scavenger oil in 2015

By the end of 2015, Gazpromneft plans to produce about 60 million tons of scavenger oil.
This was said by deputy director of Gazpromneft A. Yankevich during the presentation of Gazprom at the Investor Day in Hong Kong on February 3, 2015.
We are not talking about shale oil.
