Lukoil has launched a hydrogen sulphide processing unit in Bulgaria

Lukoil has launched a unit “Gas sulphur-4” at a cost of $71 mln in Bulgaria. It is meant for the processing of hydrogen sulphide produced at the modification of oil fractions. The sulphur extraction is at least 99.8%.

RBC reports referring to the press service of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia that this technological object is an important stage in the complex of hydrocracking in the processing of heave oil waste which is formed at Lukoil Neftochem Burgas plant.
