Bulgarian deputies deny proposal to resume South Stream

27 deputies voted “for” the proposal, 16 “against” and 65 voted "abstain". Taxco Ermenkov of the parliamentary group BSP - Left Bulgaria said the resumption of the gas pipeline would be like to renew the name of someone dead.
