Increase of dividend standard may touch not Rosneft, but Rosneftegaz. This was announced by the Minister of Economic Development of Russia Alexei Ulyukayev.
"Formally, the dividend policy will deal not with Rosneft, but with Rosneftegaz,"- he said.
