Gazprom has postponed for one year the date of the launch of Baltic LNG plant

Gazprom has postponed for one year, from 2018 to 2019 the date of the launch of Baltic LNG plant, Bloomberg reports referring to the company’s presentation for the investor day in London. The project of Baltic LNG presupposes construction of an LNG plant in the Leningrad region with annual capacity of up to 10 million tons. Elaboration of the investment feasibility study on the project will be completed in H1 2014. The company confirmed the date of the launch of Vladivostok LNG plant in 2018. Gazprom shares 5% in the global LNG production.
