Topaz Energy and Marine to ship 14 auxiliary vessels for operations of BP in Azerbaijan

​“Topaz Energy and Marine” (UAE) will ship 14 auxiliary vessels by the order of BP Exploration (Caspian Sea) Limited, is reported.

The respective agreement is signed between the 2 companies.

By the conditions of the agreement, Topaz will ship 14 auxiliary vessels for the operations of BP at the ACG block and in the framework of the Shakh-Deniz-2 project within 5 years with an opportunity of extension for another 1-2 years.

The value of the contract is not released.

The total park of vessels of Topaz Energy and Marine, working in Azerbaijan, is 21.
