In 2015, oil and gas producers will be granted the licenses for Crimea development, the Minister of Natural Resources and Ecology of Russia S. Donskoy says. In his opinion, it’s necessary to presuppose the corresponding volumes of geological exploration within the state program of Reproduction & the Use of Natural Resources; some sites can be included to the plan for licensing. Crimea’s hydrocarbon reserves are 165.3 billion cubic m of gas, 47 million tons of oil and 18.2 million tons of gas condensate.
