Zaporozhstal to invest 12 million hryvnias into improvement of labour conditions and industrial safety

In 2014, Zaporozhstal will invest 12 million hryvnias into the improvement of safety of working places and provision of workers with improved personal protection equipment.

The planned investments will be aimed at the reduction of influence of harmful factors at the working places – 3.6 million hryvnias will be used for the creation of optimal temperature conditions (the purchase of industrial and residential air conditioners, air conditioning supply and the exhaust ventilation systems); 2.9 million hryvnias for the improvement of air monitoring and provision of gas safety; 5.5 million hryvnias are planned to be invested into provision of fire safety.
