Gazprom withdraws lawsuit against Lithuania

Gazprom has withdrawn lawsuit against Lithuania from the Arbitration court attached to the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL). Vesti Economiki reports.

It happened because Lithuania completed reorganization of its gas sector under the requirements of the EU Third Energy Package, while Gazprom withdrew from the shareholding structure of the companies Lietuvos dujos and Amber Grid.
