“NZNP Trade” has won the tender for Gavrikovsky hydrocarbons site - Donskoi

​“NZNP Trade” Ltd (in the structure of “South of Russia” group) that holds the Novoshakhtinsky oil refinery plant has won the tender for the Gavrikovsky hydrocarbons site in the Khanty Mansi Autonomous Area, the Minister of Natural Resources, S. Donskoi, said.

He said that the main criteria for the winner were the coefficient of oil extraction, period of development of the deposit and revenue of the federal budget. The application of “NZNP Trade” was more preferable.

The period of the deposit’s development will be 30 years.

Gazprom Neft’s affiliate – Gazprom Neft-Khantos – also participated in the tender.

In early May RN-Uvatneftegas (affiliate of Rosneft) refused to participate. NovoEnergo (controlled by the ex-Minister of Energy, I. Yusufov) and “Razvitie Saint-Petersburg” were previously interested in the tender.

The C1+C2  recoverable reserves o the Gavrikovsky deposit make up 30 mln tons.
