Lukoil leaves Estonia

​Lukoil OJSC via the holding Lukoil European Holdings BV and Olerex with Aqua Marina AS as an intermediary have signed the purchase-and-sale agreement according to which Olerex purchases 100% in Lukoil Eesti AS, the press-service of Olerex said.

“The sale of Lukoil’s assets in Estonia is  a part of our program of optimization of fuel markets in Europe”, Lukoil’s Vice-President, V. Vorobiev, said.

In Estonia Lukoil has 37 fuel stations. After the deal comes into force, the value of which is not released, a network of fuel stations of Olerex will become the largest in Estonia – it will comprise over 80 fuel stations.
