TMK has dispatched pipes to Transneft for reconstruction of Druzhba pipeline

Volzhsky pipe plant, a subsidiary of TMK has made a batch of large diameter pipes for Transneft for reconstruction of Druzhba pipeline. The batch of pipes with diameter of 1,020 mm and durability class of K 52-1 was made in accordance with special demands of the contractor, regulating high precision in flush finish at the ends of the pipes. They are covered with 3 other layers. The inner surface is treated with shotblast units that is one of the obligatory demands of Transneft  to the production technology of oil and gas transporting pipes.
