Vladimir Yakushev: Volumes of production at fields of Tobosk project not to be less than reserves of Uvat group

The changes in the MET will enable the region to solve the three-year problem of the development of a group of fields within the boundaries of the Uvat, Tobolsk and Vagaysk districts, the Acting Governor of the Tyumen region Vladimir Yakushev reported at the meeting with journalists.

Progress in the implementation of the project on the extraction of hydrocarbons in the Tyumen region became possible due to initiative of the Federal Government to reduce the MET to zero during extraction of difficult reserves. "We racked our brains over the Tobolsk project for about three years, these are hard to recover reserves and there was nobody who wished to work with them. Now the situation changes radically. I think in the near future we will decide who will work on this group of fields," - said the Acting Governor.
