Annual meeting of shareholders of “Gazprom gasenergoset” was held

On June 26th 2015 the annual meeting of shareholders of “Gazprom gasenergoset” was held. The company’s Board of Directors was formed:
- E. Mikhailova – a member of the Board, head of the department for property management and corporate relations of Gazprom, deputy CEO for corporate and property relations of Gazprom mezhregiongas Ltd;
-N. Konovalenko – deputy head of the Management Committee Administration of Gazprom OJSC, deputy CEO for economy and finance of Gazprom mezhregiongas Ltd;
-M. Garaev – first deputy head of the Department for marketing, processing of gas and liquid hydrocarbons of Gazprom, CEO of Gazprom sera;
