FAS suspects “Transneft-Baltika” in violation of the law “On Competition”

Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service issued a warning on violation of law on competition by “Transneft-Baltika”.

According to the agency, the company does not want to sign a direct agreement for the storage and oil loading on the basis of line operation dispatcher station “Krasny Bor” with “Aerofuels BFI” LLC. The company supplies fuel for airports.
