The launch of Kara-Balta oil refinery is postponed for an indefinite term

The launch of the Kara-Balta oil refinery planned for August 31 2013 is postponed for an indefinite term. Technically, the plant is fully ready for the work but it has problems in legal issues and in documentation of the enterprise. Tomorrow the working commission with participation of the state representatives will solve this problem and choose the date for the launch of the oil refinery.
