Rosneft intends to press Gazpromneft on the project of the upgrade of Vietnamese refinery

Rosneft and the Vietnamese side discuss the opportunity for the former to participate in the supply of Russian oil to the Vietnam refinery Dung Quat. Rosneft reported this after the talks of the company’s president Igor Sechin with the head of the PetroVietnam’s Board of Directors Nguyen Xuan Sean.
In addition, the parties discussed the possibility of participation of Rosneft in the modernization of the Vietnamese refinery.
