The government of Yakutia is in talks with China's Huaqing Housing Holding on a joint project to build an oil refinery Aldan in the Republic of Sakha, the head of Huaqing Housing Holding Zhu Chhunyuy.
"We are now negotiating on cooperation on a number of projects in the Republic of Sakha, which includes the construction of an Aldan oil refinery", - he stated on the Eastern economic forum in Vladivostok.
