Maduro offers Putin to stabilize oil prices

The Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro proposed to his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin to discuss measures to stabilize the situation on the oil market.
"We can talk about what we can do to stabilize the oil market and the prices," - Maduro said at the meeting with Putin in Beijing. He noted that "we have good ideas on this subject".
