Mechel is about to restructure two bond issues

Mechel announced about the restructuring of the two bond issues, the 13th and 14th series.
According to the press release of Mechel Group, it plans to offer the holders of Series 13 bonds (state number 4-13-55005-E, dated August10, 2010) and Series 14 bonds (state number 4-14-55005-E, August10, 2010 .) to make changes into the current repayment schedule and revise the procedure for determining the coupon rate for future periods.
