Russia. Oil production may decrease by 125 mln tons over 20 years

Oil production at the mined deposits in Russia can decrease by 125 million tons before 2035. It is hardly possible to compensate the decline at the current prices, RBC writes citing the materials of the project of the Master plan of oil industry development in Russia.
However, there is a plan that can help to keep production stable at 523-527 million tons per year.
