Russian TMK Pipes stops production in the USA

The third in the world and the largest Russian producer of steel pipes Pipe metallurgical company (TMK) of Dmitry Pumpyansky has decided to suspend output of OCTG at its plant in the United States due to a lack of demand. This was reported by a representative of the company.
The plant in Kamancha will be stopped at the end of September. The workers received layoff notices. The shipment of steel products, accumulated in the warehouses, will continue.
