Ukrnafta doesn’t pay dividends

Ukrnafta hasn’t fulfilled its obligations to pay dividends for 2011-2014. This was reported by the press centre of Naftogaz Ukrainy.
In particular, the company noted that the replacement of the payment of dividends to the state by credit of counter monetary claims of Naftogaz Ukrainy, proposed by the Ukrnafta’s management, violates the Ukrainian legislation.
