Urals price fell by almost twice over a year

The average price for Urals oil in Jan-October 2015 fell by 1.9 times against Jan-October 2014 – to $53.61/barrel, the expert of the Ministry of Finance of Russia, A. Sakovich, said.
In Jan-October 2014 the average Urals price made up $103.04/barrel.
In October 2015 the average price of Urals was $46.77/barrels against $86.38 in October 2014.
In 2014 the average weighted price of Urals was at the level of 497.6/barrels having fallen by 9.53% against 2013.
