The government will support the owners of the enterprises if they decide to stop their plants for some time. A week ago the Cabinet Council developed a number of measures to support metallurgical industry.
Dmitry Medvedev instructed the Ministry of Economic Development, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Industry and Trade to submit their proposals of state guarantees up to the end of 2015 by December 23, Vedomosti reports. Besides, they will have to improve the mechanism of state guarantees to refinance the accounts payable which appeared during fulfillment of large investment projects.
