Bashneft shareholders’ meeting approves the company restructuring.

An uncheduled general meeting of Bashneft shareholders decided to reorganize the company in the form of JSC "Bashneft - Invest" accession, created as a result of allocation from JSC "Sistema -Invest". Shareholders' meeting determined the procedure and conditions for the accession, and also approved the Deed of Merger.
