Rosneft may postpone the repair of an oil refinery in Ryazan for market stabilization

OJSC “Rosneft” considers the possibility of postponing the repair of the Ryazan oil refinery. It was planned for  March. It will enable keeping the current level of high-octane gasoline resources and guarantee uninterrupted supply to the Central Federal Area, is said in a statement of the Ministry of Energy. They were also about to repair the processing facilities at the Yaroslavl oil refinery in March, is said in the statement.

The Ministry of Energy held a meeting on monitoring of oil products production and consumption. The situation with fuel provision in the country is stable, is said in a statement.
