V.Putin ratifies agreement on transfer of Kyrgyzgas to Gazprom

V.Putin has signed a law on ratification of Russian-Kyrgyz intergovernmental agreement on cooperation in the field of transportation, distribution and sale of natural gas.

In accordance with the document, the national operator Kyrgyzgas is transferred to the Russian company Gazprom.

The law was passed by the State Duma on January 17th and approved by the Federation Council on January, 29th.

According to the contract, the Kyrgyz party provides creation of 100% subsidiary of its designated institution in its territory with transfer of all property, rights and interests of Kyrgyzgas to it.
