Are currency bonds of Yamal LNG expected to be released on rouble funds of the NWF? It is unlikely that this will strengthen the rouble.

The government has decided to support the Yamal LNG project with money from the National Welfare Fund (NWF), considering it as an infrastructure projects that will make a profit to the state in the future.
This was announced on February 3, 2015 after a meeting on economic issues, which Putin chaired in Novo - Ogaryovo.
The Yamal LNG project involves the construction of an LNG plant with the capacity of 16.5 million tons per year on the resource base of the South Tambeysk field.
