SOCAR postpones drilling the underground gas storage.

The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) suspended the drilling of appraisal wells, necesssary to build underground gas storage facility in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic (NAR).
Four appraisal wells of the planned five were drilled at the "Tumbul" site on the basis of "Nehru" salt deposit. This year there will be no construction of new wells.
