Gazprom appeals court’s refusal to reconsider access of Rosneft to Sakhalin-2

Gazprom has appealed to the Supreme Court of Russia the Supreme Court's refusal to consider the company’s complaint of admission of Rosneft to the Sakhalin-2 project’s pipeline (owned by Sakhalin Energy, 50% plus one share belong to Gazprom).
