Gazprom to hold annual meeting on June, 30

The annual meeting of Gazprom’s shareholders will be held in Moscow on June 30; the list of persons, entitled to participate in it, will be closed on May 11, the company reports.
Approved the date of the annual meeting in 2016, the Board broke the long-standing tradition of the monopoly. The fact that the company’s shareholders adhere to the rules of conducting the annual meeting on the last Friday of June for many years. This year it will fall on the 24th day, and June 30 is Thursday. However, the tradition has once broken in 2011.
