Tomsk oil companies increased investment by 4% to 34 bln roubles in 2015

Investment flow into the main capital of oil companies of the Tomsk region grew by 4% in 2015 and makes up 34 bln roubles now.

Oil companies of the Tomsk region had a successful year of 2015, the Vice-Governor of the region, N. Glebovich, said.

The plan was 40 bln roubles, however, for the crisis of 2015 a 4% growth is a good result, economists say. We had to slightly reduce the rates of geological exploration, it cost 4.7 bln roubles to the regional budget, he said. The plan for 2016 for oil companies is to keep this rate and maybe to increase the rate of geological exploration works, N. Glebovich said.
