Oil processing in Russia is up by 4.3% in February against last year

Oil processing in the Russian Federation is up by 4.3% to 21.969 million tons in January 2014 against the same period last year. It is said in the materials of the Central Dispatching department of the Fuel and Energy sector.
Oil delivery for processing to the Russian oil refineries increased by 0.5% to 22.352 million tons in February.
