Metinvest has appointed new heads of 2 enterprises of mining division

​P. Timoshenko, who previously occupied the post of the CEO of the Central GOK, has been appointed the CEO of the Northern GOK of Metinvest Group. A. Levitsky, who occupied the position of the CEO of the Northern GOK, has been appointed the head of “Mining Engineering Center” LLC.

The respective decisions on the appointments were approved by the Supervision Committees of the enterprises. The acting CEO of the Central GOK will be the chief engineer of the enterprise, A. Fedotov.

The Northern GOK is one of the largest mining enterprises of Europe with the completed cycle of raw materials preparation for metallurgical sector: iron ore concentrate and pellets. On the results of 2014 the Northern GOK produced 13,420.5 thousand tons of concentrate and 8,634.3 thousand tons of pellets.
