Evraz has concluded the deal on sale of the Czech plant Vitkovice Steel for $89 million,
Evraz’s president Alexander Frolov noted: “We continue the optimization of our business, concentrated the efforts of management on key assets and a reduction of the debt burden. The sale of Evraz Vitkovice Steel is a part of this strategy”.
