A new oil refinery in Hoda-Aferin in the East Azerbaijan province has quite a high investment potential in the fields of industry, agriculture and tourism. CThe construction of the petrochemical plant will lead to significant positive changes in the region, said director of the Free Economic Zone "Aras" Mohsen Khadem Arabbagi.
